Please help advice. Husband carpenter by education, work experience carpenter. Went to Canada as a carpenter on a pilot project, worked less than a year work permit was just foe year. He found an employer who made him LMIA the by siding installer NOC C. With this LMIA he can't apply to EE. Now the same employer offers him LMIA as bricklayer NOC B, work is the same.
The question is, agree or not agree? The husband has no education, no work experience ( let it be a year of experience) as a bricklayer.I do not know, whether the problem why the carpenter suddenly became a bricklayer. Husband is willing to agree, to pick up me and our son to Canada. But I afraid that in the future it would be problems with PR.

I don't know the answer to your question.

However I wanted to make you aware that the fact your husband has a NOC B occupation won't guarantee that you and your son can join him in Canada. It means you will be able to apply to join him in Canada - but there's no guarantee that application will be approved. Just wanted to make sure you were aware of that fact.
