IT might be good for us to know what stage you are at. Have you received your AOR?
Honestly, I think that its going to be a lot more complicated than just the forms you mentioned. It would be in your best interest to go through the app guide and send in all the documents that would be missing.
For example one I can think of is a copy of her passport.

You can contact CIO and ask if it is possible to add her to the application at this point (meaning, before you receive the AOR) - you can find the email address for CIO-Sydney here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-after.asp

But generally, you have to wait until you get your AOR and file number, then you can email CIC-Ottawa and inform them that your family status has changed, you have gotten married, and request instructions for adding your wife to your application. But generally, if you read the application instructions again, you will have to provide everything that is indicated for the spouse. You can use this site to contact CIC or send documents (except for PCCs, which needs to be original documents).

Depending on your situation, it might be best to withdraw the file and submit a new application (that is it seams a little strange that you just applied and then got married, instead of just waiting until after you got married to apply).
