1) do I need to sign fee payment form even If I am paying by Demand Draft?
2) Is it necessary to blackout SIN number?

1) do I need to sign fee payment form even If I am paying by Demand Draft?
-----All you need to fill up is Section "A" - which does not have a place for you to sign or to type the date
2) Is it necessary to blackout SIN number?

----- Its for your own safety of your personal details. I blocked the first 5 digits on my T4, NOA and ROE copies.
