hello i hope someone could give me advise...

Im done with my medicals last January here in montreal (Im here under work permit but dependant in Philippines) , it was CPP Ottawa who sent the medical request but on my application I requested Manila to be my visa office.

does that mean that my federal part under QSW will be processed in Ottawa and not in Manila?

Im really confuse at these issue since there is a big difference when it comes to processing time in Ottawa and Manila.

pl ask our Captain Qorax to get accurate information on his thread

To my knowledge, your file has to be processed in the country you are a citizen or permanent resident of and you will need to submit your passport for stamping in your home country.

I hope someone else might have a better response.
