Need Advice: Schedule 008, Self employed earnings along with a full time job

What are your thoughts on the work being Skilled or not?

Unskilled.

Also in Personal History (Back ground declaration), for self-employment, how do we fill the info. I know it sounds silly to ask, but lets say: as it is "to be filled" on Personal History :
From Jan 2012 to March 2013: Full time job (the work exp that makes him eligible for CEC); activity: ABC; employer XYZ. again from Jan 2012 to March 2013: Self employed

It absolutely MUST be listed on the background declaration. Overlapping periods of time are quite OK. It will not be confusing to the VO. I had this situation as well.

I totally agree with your suggestions and would recommend my friend not to worry too much and put the info in the right manner so it avoids any confusion or anything whatsoever not desirable....
