First of all, you guys might be thinking I am way too much worried about RQ but I can feel I will be receiving RQ for sure so I have to be well prepared and writing this to ask you guys.
I'm preparing an explanatory letter to CIC in case being asked for RQs. as I became PR on 2012/JAN/12 and first came to Canada 2010/NOV/01 with a visitor visa. I was allowed to stay with my Canadian wife for max 6 months in Canada with my first visitor visa from 2010/Nov/01-2011/APR/30.
Anyway, I had extended my stay and sent in an extension visitor visa to CIC {CPC -Vegreville AB} one month before it was expired unfortunately there were no responds from CIC whether I was approved the extension visa or not. Technically I legally stayed in Canada as simplicity status while waiting for PR outside Canada application to be approved.
2011/AUG/12 I had to travel to home country and wanted to come back to Canada with no PR approved yet so I applied for another Canada visitor visa in my home country and was approved and traveled back to Canada 2011/OCT/06. Right after my flight was landed my wife phoned telling me that my PR has been approved. 2 months later I drove to the US border and got PR landed.
My concerns that I might be receiving RQ for my citizenship application which has recently been received;
a. Will CIC inquire about the 3.5 months that I stayed in Canada with a simplicity status while I had waited for PR to approve?
b. If so, how could I prove CIC that I already sent in an extension visitor visa to CIC CPC -Vegreville AB.?I lost both soft and hard copy of the application also postal tracking number.
Your experiences sharing and advices will be greatly appreciated and useful for future applicants.
