Need Advice Regarding USA Visa

Hello i need expert advice , i applied for usa visa 5 year back with my wife and i succesfully got it but due to some reason my wife didn.t use her visa , i use my us visa once , now i want to reapply again because our visa expired last month so i need to know that should i apply alone or with wife? what are chances

Not using a visa is not a big deal. As long as you and your wife have strong ties to Canada like jobs, a home (rental or own) and some savings you should be fine.
