Hello everyone
My EE application recently got refused. I had a valid visitor visa till feb10th. I applied for work permit based on AOR (sep16) on jan 29th just to remain in valid status. i got the rejection for PR application on march 5th.
Now my employer is ready to apply for LMIA. The process was already started by consultant and ads have been up for more than a month.
Should i apply for visitor visa along with restoration fee to get back in valid status as the application for work permit(Jan 29th) will be refused eventually as the PR application got refused?
OR
Should i wait for WP application(Jan 29th) to be refused and meanwhile wait for LMIA to be approved and then apply for new WP with restoration fee?
I also have a 10yr US visa. So is it possible that i can apply for work permit at POE to save processing time?
Please help me out
