After completing studies in Canada I came back home to India for 2 months vacation. Do I need to mentioned under a) "You" column about my visit to back home country from what to what date , destiny , purpose of travel ?

yes. there shouldnt be any gap in time-frames. so, filling up this part will take time and should be exhaustive.

No. @anklet, I think you are referring to Schedule A.

On the form it is mentioned that list all trips you have taken outside of country origin or of residence in the last ten years ( or srince your 18th birthday if thi was less than 10 years ago) include all trips, toursim, business, training etc

I came to Canada on 1 jan 2010 and finished my studies on august 20, 2012 and went back home to india on 30th august 2012 and came back to Canada on 31st Oct 2012

Do I need to mention my trip to Canada for study and work e.g

"From" 1 jan 2010 "To" 30 "august" 2012 . "length" 2 years 8 months. "Destiny" Waterloo, ON. "Purpose of travel ": Study and Work
"From" 30th august 2012 "To" 31st Oct 2012. "Length" 2 months , "Destiny" Punjab, India. "Purpose of travel": Visited back home to meet faimly

Not if you are currently a resident of Canada.
