I am filling my Express Entry Profile right now and I have couple of questions, please help !!!
- My HR at company A where I have 3.5+ years experience, is refusing to issue the required reference letter by CIC. He may only issue a standard letter on the company letterhead. I am in touch with my old manager and colleagues but they also left company A. How do i make a good case here ?
- In company B and C I have ONLY 4 months and 3 months experience respectively in the same NOC as company A. Is it beneficial to list them in work history right now ? since i will need to arrange reference letters and job duties may be different from company A. What are the advantages and disadvantages of listing/ not listing them in work history ? I heard I can write them off in personal history in e-APR but do I need show these in work section in express entry profile right now??
