Need Advice on which office to select to sponsor

Hello,

I just have received my PR and now I am planning to sponsor my fiance
We are planning to do register marriage in canada and than start doing sponsorship process and than we have plan to do traditional marriage next year 2013 so by time we do our traditional marriage sponsorship process will be almost done and we can come back together.
we have nice 3 vacation and chats and emails and text to prove our relation genuine

right now my fiance is in US as F1 visa for almost 2 and half year and soon her employer going to start H1 process for her

I need advice on which canadian office to choose as she spend 2 and half year in US and she is Indian citizen
New Delhi or Buffalo,NY,Detroit, LA ??

is it okay if we submit our application with doing marriage traditional way??

1. Well Canada doesn't register marriages. If you marry in Canada, it is registered in the province where you marry.
2. You can choose either Buffalo or New Delhi.
3. You should be aware if the marriage doesn't conform to the norms of your ethnic community, then it will be questioned.

we will do it in Ontario and

we will do A religious marriage and is performed by an official of a recognized religion who has received authorization from the Office of the Registrar General to perform marriages in Ontario. The marriage can be solemnized under the authority of a marriage licence or the publication of banns, depending on the religious body.

so we will do that marriage and get marriage certificate.

which one is recommended new Delhi or USA
as processing time in New Delhi is 6 months and USA is 11 months.
and my fiance is in USA so if we apply from New Delhi and if they ask for passport or interview she has to go back to India ??

She is in the USA, so Buffalo may be better. New Delhi asks for the passport early in processing, so she would have to go back to India and stay for a while; same with the interview.

Keep in mind you have to prove that the marriage is legal, which is what you were referring to in your post. But you also have to prove that the marriage is genuine. Sometimes couples from India who do not marry in the traditional Indian way have some trouble proving genuineness. So the visa officer might ask why you didn't have a large, traditional ceremony, why certain relatives weren't there, etc. It is better to get married according to your traditions; if you don't, be prepared to explain why.
