I'm a dual Canadian and Britizh Citizen living in Canada. My future wife is a UK citizne residing in UK. Upon marriage we will.apply for Spousal Sponsorship to Canada. What is the best option?..can she come back to Canada with me on a 6 month return ticket .and we do the application in Canada and extend her return ticket while the application is in process..during that time can we apply for her work permit? I'd this is not the case what is?
Another option we are looking at is my finding a job in UK and then stay together while.we do they application I believe it 6-8months?
