Need advice of filling the Ainp forms

Hi everyone,

I need to clarify one question in alberta work experience category where we have to inform all the work experiences & employers information in alberta but if the person did not work for the employer (not even a single day) but came to alberta on that employer work permit so in this case do we still need to provide the details if yes-
-how we can inform ainp that I did not work with this employer.
-I dont have the lmo & reference letter of that particular employer but do have work permit which we also have to submit with the application so I called ainp office they told me to write a letter about why I dont have the lmo copy & refence letter.
So if any one can guide what I can mention in that letter or the format.

Will be very thankful to everyone to g8ve some advice on these issues.

Alberta Employer Forms

The Alberta Employer must fill out and submit the following original AINP forms with original signatures:
AINP 005: Employer-Driven Application for a Skilled Occupation
Employer Compliance Declaration Form if applying in an occupation in the foodservice industry
AINP 008A: Employer - Use of a Representative (if applicable)

Candidate Forms

The Candidate must fill out and submit the following forms:
original AINP forms with original signatures AINP 003: Employer-Driven Application for Nomination
AINP 008B: Candidate - Use of a Representative (if applicable)

copies of the following Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) forms IMM 0008 Generic Application Form for Canada
IMM 0008DEP Additional Dependents/Declaration Form (only complete if you have more than 5 dependants)
IMM 0008 Schedule 4: Economic Classes: Provincial Nominees


The Candidate, their spouse/common-law partner, and any dependants over 18 (if applicable) must each complete and submit copies of the following CIC forms:
IMM 5669 Schedule A: Background/Declaration
IMM 5406 Additional Family Information
IMM 5476 Use of a Representative (if applicable)
