Need Advice. Got PR under AINP (Alberta PNP)

[2013-AINP-November]

hi, I got my pr via AINP program and did my landing last year 2014 August.

Am I able to move to Vancouver or Toronto?

I remember I singed the contract " Clearly show in the application that you are able to and intend to live permanently in Alberta. " when I applied the AINP.
