I joined as permanent worker for a multinational in a skill level A....i am currently doing masters in canada....my employers want to sponsor me for work permit visa....but i will complete masters (already study 16 months as full time) in December and will get post graduate work permit....so my question is if i start work on LMO work visa can i also continue my study as a part time for one semester only....i have valid study permit until 2012 july. i have no courses to take for fall semester to be full time as i already complete all the courses required for masters program.....and after i complete the masters in December can i cancel the LMO work visa and apply for post graduate work visa as i will qualify for that in December? The reason employer want to sponsor me because from sept to dec this four month i have to be part time worker.....as off campus work permit does not allow you to be full time worker on regular session.....i am currently working full time on off campus work permit for that company while waiting for the lmo work visa which i will get before sept....
and one more question i am also applying for ontario nomminee program in september as i qualifiy under masters graduate program...now my dad also apply for immigartyion and i am included in his application as well...can i submit my application for ontario while also be part of dad application as well? red tapes and rules driving me crazy...i will be grateful if any senior member give me some advice.....
