Hello, everyone. I just got an ITA yesterday for CEC. I need advice for my situation:

1. I live with my brother who is a PR here in Quebec.
2. I got a job here in Quebec.
3. My PGWP is expiring in Jan. 9, 2021.
4. I applied for a visitor's visa and is still waiting. I had my brother make a letter of invitation indicating that I'll be staying in his home. (I'm afraid this might affect my PR application)
5. I have C$11k saved up.

I am aware that people got rejected because they don't have proof that they will leave QC. I have a few options for this:
a. I can exit QC and go home to my country and send PR application there and wait. (But not sure if this is best)
b. I have a relative in BC, who is my grandfather's sibling. I can probably stay there while waiting. (I can maybe indicate this in my Intention letter)
c. Go to another province and rent an apartment and use the lease in my name as proof. (I'm aware that some apartment have 1 year lease so this is very risky).

I'm not really sure how to time all of this. I have until Feb. 17, 2021 to submit a complete application. I'm planning to keep my job until Jan. 1, 2021 to get as much money as I can. But I'm also thinking whether I should quit my job asap to focus on finding an apartment in another province so I could send the application and apply for BOWP right way. I'd really appreciate any advice you can give. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

Thanks for reading.

Also some additional questions. My PGWP is expiring in Jan. 9, 2021 and my visitor's visa is still in progress. So I can't find a job because I don't have a valid work permit, I can't apply for a work permit because I haven't sent my PR application yet. I can't send my PR application yet, because I need a lease as proof.

I'm kind of stuck and limited. I'm looking forward to having my visitor's visa so I can have a legal status here and process whatever but am I even able to rent apartments with my floating status? If I do, should I also get a new bank account in the new province? Can I? I'm lost with the timeline.
