My boyfriend (Mexican Citizen) is currently separated from his wife. They are in the process of divorce but he is still legally married.
I want him to live with me in Canada, or visit for an extended period of time...
What is the best way to do this?
Should i move to mexico for a year and become 'common-law' while he completes his divorce and then go through the sponsorship application from Mexico
Is there any way that we can bypass the move to Mexico? He isn't a 'skilled worker' and is not wanting to Study.
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks
