I need some clarification of work experience question on Crs calculating tool on the website.

It must have been paid and full-time (or an equal amount in part-time).
Note: In Canada, the National Occupational Classification (NOC) is the official list of all the jobs in the Canadian labour market. It describes each job according to skill type, group and level.
"Skilled work" in the NOC is:
I'm clear with this one as I have 2 years of Canadian work experience.
ii. In the last 10 years, how many total years of skilled work experience do you have?
It must have been paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation (NOC skill type 0, A or B).
The second question,,, I don't have any foreign work experience. should I include my Canadian work experience or just the foreign work experience?
I'm confusing if I should include my current Canadian work experience on this question because it will make quite difference.
Can anyone shed some light on this one?
