need advice about fees?

Dear All

i am from india and my visa office is new delhi. i have two questions

1. i have submitted my application to CIO on 23th March and received 1st AOR on 25th May 2010. At that time i have paid fees on CAD 1250 for 3 people. Now i have to submitt my documents in 120 days. Now i don't wish to submitt my documents and want to withdraw my application. In that case can i get refund? If yes what will be the procedure to follow.

2. And secondaly if i decide to go ahead for the process do i have to pay my landing fees at the time of submitting full documents to VO new delhi or i can pay later with medical

You can write a letter to the embassy in Delhi about your intention to withdraw your application. In case you want to proceed with the application, the Landing fees are usually paid after the Medicals. During this time (after the medicals) you may no longer be able to refund your application fee just in case you change your mind.
