Need a piece of advice on how to immigrate

I've been browsing each provincial immigration websites and the federal one to find a way to immigrate, but couldn't find how to apply in my case. I don't seem to meet the requirements of any of the programs available.

I'm 38, French national, I have been doing business in China for eight years and cannot prove any of my working experience during this period...don't ask why. Back in France, I had no choice but to get cash-in-hand jobs. That is to say, I have officially no working experience and can't get enough points from other criteria like language skills and education...

What other options may I have?

Your options are very limited if you can't prove official work experience. You would need to find an employer in Canada who is willing to offer you a full time and permanent job. Even then, it might still be very difficult if you can't prove at least one year of recent and official work experience.
