I want to know that "HEALTH INFORMATICS (POSTGRADUATE)PROGRAM" comes in that preferred occupation categories which is released by canadian immigration department.

I think no.
The preferred list contains medical doctors and general practitioners etc.
Health Informatics is a different things ... which mostly allows computer science people to learn more about Health computer-based information systems.
