Need a expert Advise on my Brother student application !!!

Hello to everyone,
i need a expert advise on my brothers profile, he is a 24 year old a indian citizen, 10th 47 %, 12th 68 %, recently i have done 3 year Hotel Management course from Graphic Era University, Dehradun. he has a 1 year gap in 11th and has a 1 unsuccessful attempt for study permit for canada after 12th. currently i (his elder brother) and my sister family lives in Canada already, our parents lives in India, he has our house in his name and we have a shop in hometown. so i have 2 question to ask. no 1, he is thinking to take a HR diploma course, is this course is related to his previous study (Hotel Management) or what u guys suggest him for better course ???, 2nd question, since my sister and i live already in Canada and will sponsor his study and his stay in canada, i own a house has a good job not a big bank account, will that gonna have positive or negative affect on his application ???
any suggestion or tips would be highly appreciated !!!

I am in Canada and applied for my brother too. His application is approved within 21 days.

Also, I applied for my own study visa after doing extensive research using online forums. I am PR now.

• Don't show your reference anywhere except Family information form i.e. IMM5645E, so no sponsorship from you and your sister.
• show finances strictly from India only
• 3 year Hotel Management course and HR diploma sounds totally unrelated. University option is safer than college

Please note these are my personal experiences.

Hi brother I am also from Dehradun. I applied Study Permit and got the refusal. Dont show your reference as it will give the impact that your brother will not leave Canada after his stay. Show his ties from India. Make a very good Letter of Explanation. I took it lightly and got the refusal. Also apply for CAIPS notes of your brother's previous refusal. It will cost you CAD5. It will take 5 weeks to receive notes.

I applied for notes and I got admission in Nova Scotia Community College and Program- Business Intelligence and Analytics
