On an average , how soon should we expect PPR once medicals is done and updated,file being processed at the New Delhi visa office?

New Delhi offers a very long wait time. Most cases that I read here took the full 12 months to complete the process if not close to it! Mine was all done in Mississauga in 1 month and six days. My wife sent her passport for visa stamping around Dec 16th 2019 in New Delhi and still haven't got it back!
Oh , in our case , we were expecting when we filed the application back in Nov 2018, after we had the baby we had to add the baby to the file and do her medicals, which was all done and updated in the file by Oct 2019. In Nov 2019 , the application has already gone over the 12 month timeline. We have planned our travel to Canada in Mar 2020. But no news from NDVO since medicals passed.
