I am a dentist graduated from university in Egypt and I am going to do the Canadian Dental board.

My First question: which Type of Visa Should I apply For in-order to Travel to Canada for the exam?

My Second question : Does ( Notarized photocopy of valid government issued photo identification.) mean my passport or my Egyptian ID or something else?
