NBPNP - Medical Request received

I have applied PR with NBPNP-Employer support.
Last week received Medical Request. Could you please let me know how long it will take to complete the PR process.

Applicaiton Status showing as below:

My wife is the primary applicant and she is planning to visit her home country meanwhile. Please let me know whether better to wait for 3 more months whether CoPR may complete but very sure.
