NBI (Police) Clearance problem! PLS HELP PINOYS!

I currently live in LA Cali and I need to get an NBI clearance. I already went to the LA Consulate and got the form, did the fingerprinting and had it endorsed by the consulate. Per LA Consulate procedure, I need to enclose a P200 money order that is negotiable in the Philippines. Now here's the problem, I've called Western Union, HSBC here in the US, PNB and BPI and they all said they cannot issue money order that can be used in the Philippines. So what's next for me?

Hi,

If you have relative in the Philippines, ask any of them to pay for the NBI clearance fee on your behalf by buying the money order from any Philippine bank. Then put your relative's address as the return address & just have your relative send you the NBI clearance via LBC or FedEx to add to your documentations.

hi! does anybody know if i can get a NBI fingerprint card in consulate in Calgary or in Edmonton? I'm really far from Vancouver and it will cost me a lot to get the finger print card. Any comment is appreciated. thanks!

There is an isntruction on on how to request the NBI form from vancouver by mail. I get mg form from Vancouver by mail.
