Nbi explanation letter- no criminal record

Hi all. Hope all is well. My husband applied for PR, but IRCC asked for other docs which is “explanation letter from Nbi”. I read some here that you have to go directly to NBI main office. But how to process if we are already here in Canada as temporary resident. Pls help if there is anybody with same case

Hindi po. Pero baka may mai-advise sila since pwede kasi sila maging authorized representative nyo.
