I already did that one, and i send it to the philippines..but why in the philippines in the NBI office in taft, they are not honoring that authentication, they said i need to fill up the form in the embassy, but how will I do that, my place is far from ottawa..please help me mga kababayan...

Hi thanks for the reply, this is what happened to me, i visited the rcmp here in pei and they advice me to get my fingerprint in L1 solution agency, its their accrrdited agency to make fingerprint, and then the accomplished fingerprint form, i sent it to phil embassy ottawa, after 3 days, they return it to me authenticated already, after that i sent it to the philippines..my father went to the nbi office to get nbi clearance for me using that authenticated fingerpeint form, but the nbi said that i need to accomplish the form and they said i need to put my fingerprints at the back of that form in phil embassy..the problem is, how can i do that, im really miles away from ottawa, when i call phil embassy in ottawa, they told me, no need for me to go to the embassy because they already auntheticated the fingerprint form because i cannot go there...im really confuse now..i really need to get nbi clearance beacuse the cic is aking for that and giving me 60 days only..pls help

if thats the case then just do it this way because there's no point arguing with NBI MANILA. let ur father get the fingerprint card form no. 5 for you from manila. it should have this stamped message "nbi clearance/for abroad". let him send that to u. get ur fingerprints from RCMP. let the RCMP officer affix his name & signature with stamp from the RCMP office where u had it. then send it back to manila. dont forget to make an authorization letter for your father stating that he will do the application on ur behalf. hope this helps
