Please help...

Hello Chikwaira,

The CIC forms seem to indicate that it's very important for your application to be complete, or else it may be returned to you, etc. However, according to information on the website of an immigration lawyer, that's not really the case with respect to police clearances. Here is a quote from the webpage:

"Most people are not aware that you can send criminal record checks later in the process if you wish.

If your application is ready to submit and you find out it will take weeks (or months) for your criminal record checks to arrive, submit your application to get into the queue and submit your criminal record checks later, ideally when CIC requests them so they do not get lost."

I can't provide the link here, but if you Google the quote you'll probably find the webpage I'm talking about, which contains other useful information as well.

Uh thats fine with me, atleast I have an idea of what to do coz I realky wanna submit my papers now... thank you.

Hi - I need your expertise here.

We're applying for common law and got our NBI clearance prepared. It was too late when we noticed that we input different addresses. Will this be taken against our commonlaw application? Joint account and billing statements with the same address are already in place, by the way.

Hi there. I hope you see this
I am in the exact same situation as you were before. Did you end up submitting your application and sent the NBI clearance at a later date? Did everything go well?
