Absolutely ok to fill it out with pen. In addition to your name, you'll likely need to write in "n/a" and "present" in several places on the application so you don't leave anything blank and indicate the to date for your current jobs. Don't worry!
Fill with pen or you can create an addendum and type your name in native script on another sheet using any word processing software like MS Word etc. I am sure the font for your native script is available.
