National identity card genric application form 0008

Hello to all of you
I have question about genric application form 0008 where they ask about National identity card as i am from india we have in india Adhar cards means unique indetification of india but they are not called national identity cards but they are kind of same don't have issue or expiry date on it should i mention as yes in national identity card in form if yes but there are no dates of issue and expiry on it or mention as no?

Hi

Say yes. I believe you can validate the form without issue and expiry dates but if you can't, just put something in like 01/01/2015 and 01/01/2020, then explain on a separate sheet.
