Naming convention for replacement documents

Hi there - I previously provided IRCC a copy of a passport with the following naming convention:

LAST NAME - FIRST NAME - Passport - 1

The passport has since expired and I've been requested to submit a new passport.

Which file name would more closely adhere to the IRCC filename requirements:

1. LAST NAME - FIRST NAME - Passport - 2
2. LAST NAME - FIRST NAME - New Passport - 1

I think it doesn’t matter for replacement document because they never mention any naming rule
