I am new to this forum. Just started filling up my forms for FSW. The first question itself got me confused
1)My name is Raj Mohan (Raj being my name and Mohan my father's). I don't have any other names. However, since in our area we don't use any family or surnames, I applied for the passport as Given name : Raj Mohan and Surname blank. As per the help center, the form should be filled in as Surname : Raj Mohan and Given/First name as 'not applicable'. In all my education/reference letters, my name is as Raj Mohan (First name/Last name). My ECA report from WES has name as MOHAN, Raj. Will this report create any confusion for them?
2) Will it create any problem if I mention my name in the 2nd point (ie; Have you used any other names) as Family name : Mohan and Given name : Raj
3)My father's name in my birth certificate as well as in my passport is B.R.Mohan. So when filling out the form, should I expand it and write the initials as per his passport or let it be as it is.
4) Also, in my birth certificate, my name is mentioned as Raj (not Raj Mohan) and father's name as B.R.Mohan. Will this create any problem ?
5) My mother's name mentioned in my passport has only one name : Maya. Should I write my mother's name in the Surname as Mohan as mentioned in her passport. Or should I only write as Maya as per my passport and leave the Surname blank ?
