Name on the application

Hey guys,

I checked on eCAS today and it shows that my application is received. However I am still waiting for an email or post mail confirmation with my file number.

But on eCAS it shows that my MIDDLE NAME is misspelled.

So my question is how should I contact them and request them to change my middle name?

If I do so will that effect my file processing time?

i am not sure, but if i were you, i would wait till you get file number.
you will be getting AOR pretty soon and they send you a barcode sticker.
if you change your address, have change in your spouse. dependant, like any change in your status, you have to update immidiately.
so,
actually i moved after i applied for PR. but i already got a AOR, so i mailed to them with barcode sticker on.
perhaps, you could write a letter to them i guess. i dont know.
