Did you try to amend your landing papers? Did you miss this mistake upon landing?
I think it's best to make sure it will match your passport to prevent issues.

From the guide, where it explains how to fill out the form (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-0002-application-canadian-citizenship-under-subsection-5-1-adults-18-years-older.html#Step4)

Copy your names exactly as they appear on your most recent immigration document.

so you should do what your landing document (if that's the most recent document you received from IRCC) or PR card says.

(IRCC policy can differ from your home country's policy on what they classify a single name as. Some countries mark them as surnames, others as given names. As you're interacting with IRCC here, do what IRCC tells you to do. The reviewing officer is aware of these policies, so this should not pose a problem at all.)
