Name on fee receipt (please help)

I pay 400$ fee receipt for citizenship by visa card.
paying online,It asked for cardholder name and my name is not written completely on my card, so I wrote my name as it shows on my visa card(shorten form).
buy when I took the receipt, the space for name was printed automatically by the name that I had put for cardholder name(my shorten name on visa card).
so what should I do?

Also, in addition, you could attach a dark / legible photocopy of your credit card you used and just darken all the numbers EXCEPT the last four numbers. Of course, the card photocopy will have also copied the "shortened" format of your name - which will convince them of the facts.
