Name on Experience certificate

Hi,

My full name is Durga Kumari Velicheti. I have 4 years of work experience in India and my experience certificate is not having my full name. On my work experience, it is written as Kumari Velicheti . Does this cause an issue in the Express Entry PR process? Please help me.

Thanks for the reply @Naturgrl . I am very much worried about this as my previous company can’t change it to my full name on experience certificate now.

If the full name is not written on it, how do IRCC verify that the experience belongs to me ?
