Name on COPR and PR Card

Hello everyone!

I have a question regarding names that will appear on the COPR/PR Card.
In my passport there are 3 name fields - 1. Family name; 2. Given name(s); 3. Maiden name

I was just wondering if the maiden name will appear on the COPR/PR Card and if so where?
I think on a COPR/PR Card there are only 2 fields for names, Family name and Given name.
