Name of institution in Express entry profile?

I studied in ABC college which is affiated to XYZ university.

My Degree Certificate and marks cards/transcripts from XYZ university also lists ABC as college. But final year which is internship for us is an internship certificate issued by college only. Also, Header states it is affiliated to XYZ university.

Now, I entered university XYZ name in "Name of institution" field in the express entry profile with place as university place and not my college place.

Is it correct approach??? Kindly suggest??

Check your ECA credentials. You can use the same details because they have been verified.

Include your ECA and degree scan for sure. I'm not sure if transcripts are a mandatory document but if you have it, might as well attach it.

Hey guys need help, so I am in the middle of post ITA process where I am being asked about my institution name. so I did my degree from abc college in my city affiliated to IGNOU university New Delhi. according to my WES report the institution name is mentioned as IGNOU. but while filling my credentials what I am supposed to write my university name or college name? if I write my college name then it doesn't match with the ECA report but If write my University name then what I am supposed to write in city___ field. thanks in advance

What did you do finally?
Is it okay to just mention the university name in "Name of school/institution" section of the Express entry. My ECA only mentions the University name.
