Name mismatch on Bank Statement and Pay slips

Hello,
I have a question regarding my pay slips and Name on my Bank account.

My full name is Srinivas Kumar Reddy Sangem, which my Bank shortened to S Kumar Sangem and My employer to Srinivas K Sangem on Pay slips. I am intending to take my experience and Bank account detail letters with my full name as in passport. In case if CIC request my statements and Pay stubs, will they accept these docs with names shortened.

Please advice on how to handle this.

I would suggest you get a letter from the bank manager verifying this while attesting a copy of your passport. I would not worry about the pay-slips. CIC is very unlikely to ask for pay-slips. Leave for later. If they do ask for those, send them along with a clarification, but do not bother with that right now.
I would definitely make the name's difference in the bank document.
