I received NOI from OINP on 1st August 2019, I have submitted all my documents and now I realized that in my passport, last name is blank and my first name contains my complete name. However in the application form I have mentioned my first name and last name separately. Please suggest me what should I do. Are there any chances of my application being rejected on this basis . Much appreciate your help.
