Name mismatch in Graduation and Post Graduation Diploma

Hello,
We are in the initial process of sending documents to WES, the my wife's name on Graduation and Post Graduation has slight change, Graduation has her father's name as well as her name on the documents, however for PG its just her name. We are applying from India.

Can we send out the transcripts as they are or will there be an issue in the WES or should we do a name change request with the University?

Any leads are appreciated.
