name mismatch- guidance required

hi all,
i am applying by the first week or march in the category 0811.
i got married in 2006 and added my husbands name in and got my name changed officially. in 2010.
1. My old name is abc xyz.
2. I changed my name to abc xyz 123 in 2010.
3. my emloyment letter , i.e. job offer letter and appointmnet letter are in abc xyz name which was in yr 2000
4. my company still gives me salary slips, promotion letters and salary incerement letters in the old name abc xyz. - should i ask them to give me fresh letters in the new name?
5. to connect my old appointment letter to the new name what should i do.. any letter from the comany or should a self certified letter would do.
6. now all my educational documents are in the old name. - waht abt them
i hope i hve made myself legible.
help required.

You are not alone with such name problem for Canada Immigration.
In the Form IMM0008 there are column to show your full name, Maiden name and any other names if any.
As your name was changed in 2010 and any job related documents are of year 2000, there is no sense in trying to get them re-issued to reflect your current name.

A solemn affidavit for your name change with supporting proof will do the job. Also explain it in your covering letter.

but my experience letter will b dated 2012. in tht should the name be indicated.

Of course any new or recent documents can be with your current name.
I was mentioning that no need for replacing old certifications or reference letters.
