Name is misspelled in my expereince letters

Hi,

My first name is misspelled in two of my experience letters. My name is mentioned as Prasanth , It is supposed to be Prasantha( i have my name as prasantha in all my educational certificates, passport)

Will this be a problem while submitting my profile ? Is there a workaround for this ??

Address this issue in your Letter of Explanation and you should be fine.
