Name in two or more degree certificate is different

Hi.. My spouse is having two transcripts. In diploma transcripts it is "Shantiprasada" and in 4 year degree transcript it is "Shantiprasad". However all the identification proofs (passport) is having "Shantiprasad" which is present in Engineering transcript. Is there any issue in getting ECA for this? Will it be rejected? Or will it be issued only for 4 year engineering transcript?
