Please guide me .I made a mistake. I received ita and me and wide submitted application online.after submitting I realised that by mistake we submitted her old passport copy.although it was valid but her last name was changed in New passport. Her medical and ielts are as per new passport while profile created as per old passport name.the first name is same but her last name was changed after marriage .picture is there on her passport copy ielts and medical... it's been a week we have submitted application and my tension is increasing day by day ...has anyone encountered this situation
