Name difference in Proof of Relationship (father and daughter)

I need help on providing a proof of relationship for my father.

Issue is -
My passport has Father name as First Name + Last Name
His passport has First Name + Middle Name + Last Name

All my documents has his name reflecting First Name + Last Name only.

How do I prove that both the names are of the same person.

Will an affidavit work? Though I am enclosing a Cover Letter mentioning my dad's name (as on my passport) and also an Invitation Letter.

My grandmother had a different name on her house docs (only home ties proof) and passport. I got an affidavit made and attached with an explanation letter in the Client Info. section and she got hers. I know it's different. But sometimes affidavit works.
