name difference in passport/educational documents

I am having a same issue with my father's name(kumar/bhai).this is common in gujarat.
My passport/birth certi name: akashkumar shaileshkumar patel
all other documents/(educational): akashkumar shaileshbhai patel
Will notarized affidavit resolve this conflict?

Notarized affidavit with one and same person should be enough, as you didn't change the name legally.
