I am planning to apply for study permit of Canada through SDS program.
In passport my name is written as "Desai Rutul Pinakinbhai" but in my educational documents is has been written as "Desai Rutul Pinakinkumar" So there is a difference of "bhai" and "kumar" in my father's name.
So, Do I need to submit a notarized affidavit during my study permit application along with the other documents.
If I need, where should I upload that affidavit in SDS application ? Please help.
