Hi experts.

@there is a name difference in education certificate & passport of mine,
i need to apply for PR is there will be any issue.

Name in certificate raveen P
in Passport : praveen Padhamanabhan

any rejection will come for the PR application.

@ one more thing ,I am having diabetic ,pl let me kow any rejction will come for this as well in medical.

Hi PP,

1. Easy, get an affidavit stating both (or more) versions of the name belong to the same person AND provide evidence of you having done the degree (examination admit card or college photo id) or your college administrator's sworn affidavit for the same.

2. Diabetes... How is your control on blood sugar? H1Abc count is? If control is good AND the CIC officer decides that you should not cause "excessive demand" on Canada's healthcare services, you should be fine. Even otherwise, you should be able to take corrective actions after your medical.

currently i having high sugar & i am under meditation.

IF the same condiion arise in the medical what exactly will be the further course of action .
whether they will provide conditional medical or ?

Hi,

Diabetes is serious. There is a "excessive demand" keyword search you SHOULD DO. Also, you should demonstrate good BG control via the H1abc test. Finally, you have one last chance if CIC decides against you, to write back when they send you a "fairness" letter. Please read up on all these key procedures. Too lengthy to answer here (will take a looooonnnnnggggg time!)

My opinion is take a look at diabetes control via iodine etc, I.e. Natural healing. I think that might help a lot but you should check for yourself what I'd best for you...
